We will do our best to replace or exchange the item or credit your account. Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt and must be unused with original tags. If the item was defective please note this on the form.
Here are the steps:
- Fill out the Exchange/Return form completely. Incomplete forms may cause delays.
- Include a copy of your original invoice/receipt if one was received.
- Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. packages.
- Send returns/exchanges to the address on the Exchange/Return form.
- Use a traceable shipper (USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc…)
- Keep a record of shipment until you receive credit or replacement merchandise.
- For overseas returns, please indicate “return” on all customs forms.
